This hotel is beautifully kept and my top choice in East Troy. The rooms are spacious and the staff is extremely helpful. There is plenty of delicious food available for meals. The building and rooms are nicely furnished, including a comfortable couch. Its location near the store and ski area is unbeatable, especially for those heading to Alpine Valley.

It's clean hotel with large rooms and amicable staff. The location is absolutely perfect, 1 mile from a rail museum. Area is business and adjacent to nearby concerts, the concert venue, and East Troy.

The hotel needs work. Nails sticking up on the floorboards into the bathroom. The hotel was hotter than the surface of the sun, and the thermostat didn't seem to work. My son scraped his foot on rough cement in the pool. The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were cold, sausage was cold, juice was watered way down. No milk for the cereal. Also no elevator and there were probably 40 mattresses or so stacked up right outside the entryway. Really trashy looking, and overall not a good experience at all.

We stayed one night for a family trip to the East Troy Railroad Museum and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to have people there. They reminded me of innkeepers we've met at B&Bs, they were so invested in their guests' comfort. The hotel looks very recently renovated, and the only down side was that the pool and spa area were still being worked on so they were inaccessible. The room was well-appointed and very clean. The staff kept the breakfast area open for us so our picky kids could finish eating. It was perfect for our little family trip.
